Spending limits 2014 – 7% budget cuts to outpatient facilities

Activation of the negotiation table with the General Directorate of Asl Lecce to discuss the criteria for the establishment of contracts 2014 and for the attribution of spending limits to be assigned to outpatient facilities.

From informal sources, we learn that despite the repeated warnings, the General Directorate wants to proceed in accordance with the provisions of Resolution n. 634 of last April 16th , which expects to collect resources to allocate to the contracts of the facilities that deliver PET CT through the curtailment of contracts of all branches of about 7%.

The facilities consider this resolution illegitimate, but there may not be enough time required to obtain an even late correction to the route that will lead to the inevitable cut in the services delivered caused by the deduction of the portion of the budget made available.
