Monday 2 July free trial of Echos for the osteoporosis test

Monday, July 2 at 17.30 the CMFS of Lecce offers a free trial for the examination of osteoporosis.

At the MUV sports center located in via Bachelet, 23 (inside the Shopping Center “Lo Spazio”), the Echos machinery will be made available to those who want to try the rapid test for the immediate diagnosis of osteoporosis.

Here are the risk factors to consider:

• use of alcohol and smoking
• taking cortico-steroid medicines for more than 6 months
• cases of osteoporosis or fracture of the hip at an advanced age in family history
• fractured bones after a slight stroke or fall

Echos is an innovative tool for prevention; without radiation and repeatable without limitations, allows through the examination of bone strength to help establish a correct diagnosis of Osteoporosis and prevent the onset of an initial fracture of fragility.

The test also helps determine the severity of the disease, predict the risk of subsequent fracture and monitor bone changes.
