Charity Benefits at Villa Vela for the fight against Neuroblastoma
Great success for the Charity Gala organized on Friday, May the 6th by Innova Onlus in the splendid setting of Villa Vela in Turin to support the Program for the Development of clinical – biological and translational research 2015-2017 funded by the Italian Foundation for Fighting Neuroblastoma O.N.L.U.S.
The event was divided into two important moments: the presentation of the project by the president of the Foundation, Dr. Sara Costa and some researchers, and the Gala dinner, which was a festive event and sharing occasion to which countless guests took part, whose donations contributed to the fight against Neuroblastoma.
The Italian Foundation for the fight against Neuroblastoma O.N.L.U.S. was born on July the 23th, 1993 at the Institute “G. Gaslini” in Genoa with the initiative of some parents that are directly concerned and oncologists who took care of their sick children.
Since then, its mission has been to overcome Neuroblastoma and Pediatric Solid Tumors through innovative research projects aimed at identifying new and effective personalized therapies and care. Innova Onlus has thrown itself into their projects and through this event has given new hope and new resources for research.
